Abstract : 卓越教师培养是当下高校实施的四大人才培养创新工程之一。浙江师范大学化学与生命科学学院从2013年开始进行卓越教师培养的试点工作,采取3+3(X)+1的多元复合实践的人才培养模式,着力强化学生在中学一线的教育教学实践锻炼,在提高学生教学基本技能、更新教育理念等方面进行了有益的探索。
