Recruitment Information Jiao Weidong Research Group at Zhejiang Normal University is looking for at home and abroad 

two or three postdoctoral researchers, and one or two PHD candidate(s).

Research Interests:

(1) Decoupling & separation of complex features and mechanism of fault evolution

(2) unbalanced data processing and classification algorithms in intelligent fault diagnosis

(3) interpretable and trusted deep learning-based intelligent fault diagnosis architecture and methods

(4) Transfer principle and technical method for intelligent diagnosis models 

The postdoctoral researchers are from 28 to 33 years old. Good language communication skills, background in signal 

processing, fault diagnosis, machine learning and pattern recognition, and artificial intelligence, as well as a good record 

of publications in high-level international SCI journals, will greatly improve the competitiveness of applicants and the
