郑忠龙，博士，教授，博导。浙江师范大学计算机学院（人工智能学院）院长。2005年博士毕业于上海交通大学，浙江大学访问学者，美国加州大学访问学者。研究兴趣为机器学习、计算机视觉、智联网与区块链等领域，主持了国家自然科学基金项目、省部级重点重大等项目20余项，在IEEE/ACM汇刊及CCF A/B类会议上发表论文100余篇。获浙江省科技进步一等奖、浙江省高等教育教学成果一等奖各1项。
