郑忠龙，博士，教授，博导。浙江师范大学计算机学院（人工智能学院）院长。2005年博士毕业于上海交通大学（导师杨杰教授），美国加州大学访问学者（导师为MingHsuan Yang教授），浙江大学访问学者（导师为庄越挺教授）。研究兴趣为机器学习、计算机视觉、智联网与区块链等领域，主持了国家自然科学基金项目多项，在IEEE/ACM汇刊及CCF A/B类会议上发表论文多篇。
