基本情况:
博士(后),副教授,硕士生导师,主要从事于药食同源植物资源的开发利用研究。以第一作者或通讯作者在New Phytologist, Plant Biotechnology Journal, Plant Physiology, Horticulture Research, Communications Biology, Industrial Crops and Products, Medicinal Plant Biology等期刊发表论文30余篇,其中1篇入选ESI高被引论文;以第一发明人授权国家发明专利2项,以主要完成人获省级科技进步一等奖1项、自然科学一等奖1项、国家科技进步二等奖提名1项;参编学术专著2部,参与编制省级标准和《政府咨询报告》若干项,其中咨询报告被全国政协采纳;主持或参与项目十余项。在国际共生固氮会议、中国药用植物学大会、长三角植物学研讨会、浙江省遗传学以及浙江省植物学会等会议上作学术报告若干次。学术兼职:新疆兵团高校高层次人才讲座学者,全国药用植物与植物药专业委员会青年委员、浙江省植物学会青年工作委员会委员、浙江省林下经济委员会委员、Horticulture Research及Medicinal Plant Biology期刊青年编委,Genes等SCI期刊客座编辑,GigaScience等SCI期刊审稿人。
研究兴趣:
以治疗和预防心脑血管疾病的药食同源植物为主要研究对象,通过干实验(生物信息学分析)和湿实验(分子生化实验)技术手段的结合,开展优异种质资源的挖掘及开发利用的研究,具体如下:
1、利用基因组学、代谢组学、蛋白质组学等多组学联合分析的方法,开展红花、藏红花、黄精等植物资源药食价值的评价及道地性研究;
2、基于遗传学、系统生物学、分子生物学等技术,解析红花等药用植物次生代谢产物的形成及演化机制,开发功能标记辅助优异品种选育与利用;
3、基于AlphaFold和分子、生化遗传实验的结合,解析天然产物合成途径关键酶的催化机制,并对酶进行定点改造,实现天然产物异源高效生物合成。
