个人简介
马广才,博士,浙江师范大学地理与环境科学学院副教授,硕士生导师。目前主要从事新污染物代谢转化及毒性作用机制研究,先后在J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Environ. Sci. Technol.、ACS Catal.等国际期刊发表SCI论文50余篇,主持和参与国家自然科学基金及其他省部级项目多项。担任中国毒理学会计算毒理学专业委员会委员、金华市环境保护科学产业联合会环保技术专家、Eco-Environment Health (EEH)期刊青年编委等学术兼职;获浙江省自然科学奖三等奖1项、金华市自然科学优秀论文奖1项。
研究工作简介
1. 新污染物的代谢转化与毒性作用机制研究:基于体外/体内代谢实验和分子模拟相结合的方法研究新污染物(如新型溴代阻燃剂、手性农药等)在生物酶中的代谢动力学过程、转化路径和分子机制,鉴定代谢产物,揭示污染物代谢归趋及代谢物潜在毒性效应,阐明污染物分子结构与毒性效应之间的内在联系;
2. AI驱动的有机污染物代谢路径及产物预测:应用机器学习/深度学习技术、计算毒理学方法揭示多类I相和II相代谢酶联合介导的有机污染物代谢转化过程,识别两相代谢的潜在关联,实现从母体化合物到终产物的多分支、连续性代谢路径的端到端预测,并开发可视化代谢预测工具。
