刘拯(LIU Zheng)，会计学博士，浙江师范大学经济管理学院讲师，2022年5月毕业于美国本利特大学。研究成果发表在《审计研究》、《审计与经济研究》、Journal of Financial Research、Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting、Journal of International Accounting, Auditing, Taxation、Journal of Corporate Finance等期刊上。
