李宸栋，男，浙江金华人，博士，讲师，主要从事GNSS电离层闪烁建模研究。主持浙江省自然科学基金青年项目、科技部重点专项，在《GPS Solutions》、《Space Weather》等国内外期刊发表学术论文十余篇。
