Personal Information

丰慧,博士,教授,硕士生导师。2009.6月南京大学化学化工学院化学专业获理学博士学位。2009.8起在浙江师范大学应用化学学科开展教学工作和相关科研工作。目前从事于光致发光材料的合成、性能调控及生物传感应用研究,以及基于小分子有机化合物的分子开关的设计与合成。目前主持国家自然科学基金面上项目一项和浙江省基金项目一项,主持完成国家自然科学基金青年基金一项和浙江省自然科学基金两项,参与两项国家自然科学基金面上项目和一项浙江省自然科学基金,参与完成横向项目一项;已在《Journal of American Chemical Society》、《Chemical Science》、《Chemical Communications》、《Advanced Optical Materials》、《Analytical Chemistry》、《Chemistry-A European Journal》、《Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters》、《Biosensors and Bioelectronics》、《ACS Sensors》、《ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces》、《Analyst》、《Journal of Materials Chemistry》等国际学术刊物上发表一百一十余篇论文,其中高被引论文有2篇,5篇文章被选为封面文章,h-index 40,单篇最高引用次数为395次,总引用次数近5300余次。高被引论文有3篇,总引用次数超过1300次,被邀为JACSAnal. Chem.Biosens. Bioelectron.SNBNanoscaleACATalantaCarbon等刊物的审稿人。指导研究生获耿儿奖学金、校级优秀研究生学位论文等。曾获2017年度浙江省自然科学奖三等奖。入选2020年爱思唯尔中国高被引学者, 入选2021年全球顶尖前10万名学者学术影响力排行榜,入选2024年度全球2%顶尖科学家榜。

 

主要研究方向

1. 新型发光材料的合成、性能调控及其在生物传感中的应用,包括碳量子点、金属纳米簇等发光纳米材料的可控制备,有机室温磷光材料的设计合成及应用,将其应用于重要疾病标志物等的生物传感与生物成像。

2. 基于有机小分子化合物的分子开关的设计、合成及分析检测应用,着重研究基于聚集诱导发光体系的磷光分子开关的设计与构建,并将其用于酪氨酸酶、硝基还原酶等氧化还原酶活性定量检测方法的建立,探索小分子光学探针在细胞和生物体内实时荧光示踪功能
