Profesional Summary

A National Natural Science Foundation of China’s (NSFC) grant holder. A 2025 Springer Nature’s Editor of Distinction award holder for editorial contribution and author services. Professor Antwi is an avid researcher and an energetic teacher with editorial roles in leading international academic journals – Tourism Management Perspective and Scientific Reports. He sees education – knowledge development and dissemination – as the “practice of freedom”. So, his goal in research and teaching is to lead with epistemological curiosity in exploring the means (i.e., theory and practice) by which his students and readers are empowered to deal critically and creatively with reality and to participate in the meaningful transformation of their world. His research focuses on sustainable consumption, employer-employee relations, and entrepreneurship, and appear in leading international journals including FT50, ABS4, and ABDC- A* journals.
