Personal Profile
Peter Darko Adjei, PhD, is currently a Professor at the School of Psychology, Zhejiang Normal University. His research interests encompass digital mental health, decision-making under uncertainty, positive psychology, and the application of artificial intelligence in psychological and behavioral research. He employs a range of methodological approaches, including multi-attribute decision-making models, fuzzy set theory, natural language processing, and business analytics, to investigate complex issues in mental health, consumer behavior, education, tourism, healthcare, and e-commerce.
He has published extensively in leading international journals, including Expert Systems with Applications, Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence, Journal of the Operational Research Society, Applied Intelligence, and the International Journal of Intelligent Systems. He has served as the principal investigator of national projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC).
He is also a recipient of the Chinese Government Outstanding International Student Scholarship (2020). He is committed to promoting interdisciplinary and international collaboration across psychology, artificial intelligence, and decision science.
