Patent Description:本发明属于激光诱导击穿光谱的定量分析方法，具体涉及一种基于遗传神经网络的激光诱导击穿光谱定量分析方法。基于激光诱导击穿光谱和遗传神经网络的元素定量检测技术，用ANN结合遗传算法(Genetic Algorithm，简称GA)分析LIBS光谱数据以实现元素的定量检测。较之采用传统的LIBS内定标法和BP-ANN法，该方法具有受基体效应的影响小、简单快捷、避免局部收敛、定量检测的可靠性高等优点。
