Description of the Invention : 本发明涉及一种2‑三氟甲基‑1,4‑萘醌衍生物的制备方法，将铜催化剂、碱和togni试剂溶解在有机溶剂中，加入芳基炔酮取代的苯甲醛类化合物形成反应体系，反应体系在60℃反应10小时，经后处理得到2‑三氟甲基‑1,4‑萘醌衍生物。本发明一步实现2‑三氟甲基‑1,4‑萘醌衍生物的合成，合成效率显著提高，反应条件温和，操作简单，底物适用范围广，官能团兼容性好，以廉价的溴化亚铜为催化剂，具有良好应用前景。
