Description of the Invention : 本发明公开了一种1,4‑二酮化合物的制备方法，包括：将式Ⅱ结构的环烷醇、式Ⅲ结构的芳香醛、催化剂、氧化剂及溶剂加入混合，形成反应体系，反应完成后经后处理得到式Ⅰ结构的1,4‑二酮化合物；其中，式II中，n＝1，R为苯基、对甲氧基苯基、对甲基苯基、苄基中的一种，式Ⅰ中n、R与式Ⅱ中n、R具有相同含义。本发明通过其开环形成的自由基对醛进行分子间加成、1,2‑氢原子转移、单电子氧化和脱质子的串联历程得以实现，该制备方法简单、有效地实现了式Ⅰ结构的1,4‑二酮化合物的合成。★
