不知道算不算严格意义上的好老师,还在向吕老师不断学习!
我希望能将一个大的想法,分解成一个个学生可以执行的小台阶。
如果想加入我们的团队,我希望:
1.保持对一些事情该有的热情,生活也好,科研也好
a.你可能需要找一个比较热爱的运动。Ps 浙师大的体育馆是按照亚运会标准哦
b.你可能需要早点准备毕业,这样你要实习的时候我不用担心你毕不了业
2.如果有什么我做得不对的话,一定要早早说出来
a.不要内耗自己,整个学习过程应该是愉悦明媚的
b.很多时候我错误的估计了学生完成一个任务花费的时长,如果你觉得任务有时候比较重,或者你这周要去外地见你n朋友,建议直接说出来,不要压在心里
3.如果心情不好,建议出去玩,一定要会自我调节
a.背个包去个古镇,看看烟雨江南
b.找个公园踏踏青,感受下阳光明媚,生活美好
c.遇到事情一定来找我
4.我倾向于使用钟老师的方法来指导学生
a.我努力将你发表一篇文章的任务分解成为你能轻松完成的小目标,让你很快能达到硕士毕业要求
