斯剑霄，男，1979年7月出生，高级工程师。1997年9月进入浙江师范大学物理系学习，2001年7月获理学学士学位，同年留校工作。2004年9月在浙江大学物理系凝聚态专业攻读博士学位，2009年6月获凝聚态物理专业博士学位。主要从事窄带隙IV-VI族半导体材料热电及光电器件研究工作。
