钱兆生博士,教授,“双龙学者”特聘教授,博士生导师,浙江省杰出青年基金获得者,中国化学会高级会员。2009.6月南京大学化学化工学院化学专业获理学博士学位,博士论文曾获2011年度全国优秀博士学位论文提名论文。2009.8起在浙江师范大学分析化学学科开展分析化学教学工作和相关科研工作。2013-2014年由国家公派到美国华盛顿大学(James R. Mayor课题组)做访问研究一年。目前主要从事于新型荧光分子探针的设计合成、靶向检测与精准成像研究,以及高端生物靶向荧光染料的设计合成及应用研究。主持完成国家自然科学基金青年基金、面上项目、浙江省杰出青年基金、重点项目等多项自然科学基金,主持完成一项横向项目;研究成果发表在《Journal of American Chemical Society》、《Chemical Science》(3篇)、《Chemical Communications》(8篇)、《Analytical Chemistry》(14篇)、《Chemistry-A European Journal》(8篇)、《Advanced Optical Materials》、《Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters》(3篇)、《Biosensors and Bioelectronics》(7篇)、《ACS Sensors》、《ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces》(4篇)、《Analyst》(3篇)、《Journal of Materials Chemistry C》(13篇)、《Journal of Materials Chemistry B》(4篇)、《Sensors and Actuators B Chemical》(9篇)等国际学术刊物上共130多篇,受邀在《Journal of Materials Chemistry C》上发表邀请综述两篇,在《The Chemical Record》发表邀请综述一篇,5篇文章被选为封面文章。h-index 42,单篇最高引用次数为449次,总引用次数近6300余次。申请国家发明专利十余件,授权7件,成功研发细胞质膜长时间成像染料FM2.0系列和细胞质膜MemTracker系列,已在北京百灵威科技有限公司上市销售。曾获2017年度浙江省自然科学奖三等奖、2018年度化学学科“Publons同行评议奖”、入选2021年-2025年全球前10万名学者学术影响力排行榜(全球前2%顶尖科学家终身影响力和年度影响力排行榜)。
目前指导研究生十名,已毕业研究生四十余名,考取浙江大学等985高校十余名,指导研究生曾获研究生国家奖学金、耿儿奖学金、学校科学创新一等奖和二等奖、浙江省优秀研究生学位论文、校级优秀研究生学位论文等。
主要研究方向
1. 新型荧光分子探针的设计合成、靶向检测与精准成像:基于生物正交化学和配体导向共价标记等前沿技术,系统设计并构建具有优异靶向性能和高精准度的新型荧光分子探针,重点研究细胞器靶向荧光分子探针的设计及在生物精准成像应用,开发新型细胞器靶向成像染料。
2. 生物靶向荧光染料:发展受体靶向的荧光分子探针,深入探索其在细胞和活体内荧光标记和示踪潜力,开发用于癌症等重大疾病辅助诊断、精准成像和荧光导航手术的新型分子光学探针。

新型荧光分子探针的设计合成、靶向检测与精准成像:基于生物正交化学和配体导向共价标记等前沿技术,系统设计并构建具有优异靶向性能和高精准度的新型荧光分子探针,重点研究细胞器靶向荧光分子探针的设计及在生物精准成像应用,开发新型细胞器靶向成像染料。着重发展受体靶向的荧光分子探针,深入探索其在细胞和活体内荧光标记和示踪潜力,开发用于癌症等重大疾病辅助诊断、精准成像和荧光导航手术的新型分子光学探针。
智能响应分子材料的设计合成及应用:基于传统光开关体系和新型聚集诱导发光体系,构建新型的光致变色开关分子体系,探索其在光学防伪、数据存储、高分辨成像、光变材料中的应用。
