摘要：A full-length cDNA encoding glutamate decarboxylase (designated as MrGAD) which catalyzes the conversion of glutamate to gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), was cloned from the GABA-rich Monacus ruber Mr-5 (CGMCC NO. M208043) using homology cloning and RACE.
