Abstract:北大藏汉简本《老子》,是新发现的一重要传抄本,整理者认为其抄写于武帝后期。本文据避讳字,判定其抄写年代当在汉初高祖之世。又对整理者的注释、考证,提出商榷意见,计二十八条,涉及内容或校正文字,或词义训释,或疏理版本,认为这个抄本不同于马王堆甲、乙二本,可能其祖本有别。
