曹雁飞，教育学博士，硕士生导师，浙江师范大学儿童发展与教育学院副教授。主要从事教育基本理论、学前教育政策和教师教育等领域的研究。主持或参与多项国家级、省部级课题。在《北京社会科学》《中国教育学刊》《外国教育研究》等杂志发表多篇研究论文，其中多篇为权威刊物全文转载。
