Feng Baoxin obtained his PhD in Applied Linguistics from Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. He received his master’s degree in English language education at the University of Reading, UK. He publishes in the field of Computer Assisted Language Learning and is interested in research related to second language acquisition and language education. His current research focuses on the impact of virtual reality (VR) technology on the language performance of EFL learners. His past research has covered the use of information technology in optimizing diagnostic language tests, and how social media-based sharing behaviors influence second language learning performance. He has presented the outcomes of his research in several international conferences.
