英国伯明翰大学博士，新加坡南洋理工大学和深圳大学博士后，曾任职于南方科技大学研究助理教授。研究方向为环境微生物，主要从事微生物-环境界面过程研究，包括环境生态毒理、微生物污染控制技术、新型污染物迁移转化以及环境纳米等领域。曾获深圳市海外高层次人才和中国博士后国际交流引进项目，已主持中国博士后科学基金和国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目，以第一作者或通讯作者在Water Research、Environmental Microbiology、Applied and Environmental Microbiology和Nanotoxicology等期刊发表论文多篇。
