Xiao Xiao, obtained her Ph.D. in Environmental Science and Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology in September 2023. She mainly engages in research on the integration of aerobic granular sludge technology and membrane fouling control technology as well as its application in wastewater treatment processes, nanofiltration membrane fouling mechanisms, and optimization of membrane cleaning conditions. At present, she has published a total of more than 12 papers in authoritative international journals,  including 8 papers as the first author/corresponding  author in Water ResearchJournal of Membrane ScienceBioresource Technology, etc. Besides, she obtained 1 authorized patent, participated in 2 National Natural Science Foundation projects, and 1 key research and development plan project.
