李昭颖，中国社会科学院大学国际政治经济学院国际关系专业博士。

研究方向为非洲数字化与对非国际传播。

浙江师范大学非洲研究院中非媒体研究与传播中心主任。

发表《新冠疫情影响下的非洲数字经济发展》、《Infrastructure, Trade, and Industrialization: Assessing FOCAC's Multidimensional Impact on African Economic Transformation》等学术论文，承担、参与“中非合作引领全球南方发展新范式”等省部级以上课题。

多次赴非洲实地调研，2024年12月至2025年6月赴南非纳尔逊曼德拉大学任访问学者。
