Personal Information

Jiahui Shen graduated from Donghua University with a major in Textile Composites and underwent a joint PhD program at the National University of Singapore. In 2023, she joined the College of Engineering at Zhejiang Normal University. In 2026, she was appointed as a provincial-assigned rural work instructor and first secretary, serving as a deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Datian Township, Wuyi County. She is the head of the school-enterprise R&D center of the Slient Landscape Team in the Science and Technology Innovation Park of Zhejiang Normal University, a key member of the doctoral innovation station at Zhejiang Skadan Equipment Co., Ltd., an external expert at the enterprise technology center of Zhejiang Lijiujia Sports Equipment Co., Ltd., and the deputy general manager in charge of technology at Zhejiang Shanggu Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

Her main research interests include the design and performance characterization of lightweight sound absorbers, biomedical materials, flexible multifunctional materials, wearable acoustic materials, and electrospun nanofiber composite structures. 

As a principal participant, she has undertaken general project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, public welfare technology application research project in Jinhua City,  basic scientific research project of provincial universities (National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Doctor Cultivation Project),  general project of Jinhua City Science and Technology Plan,  enterprise-commissioned research and development projects, and holds two authorized invention patents and two registered software copyrights. She has published SCI papers in academic journals such as Applied Acoustics, Nanotechnology, Nano Energy, Materials Today Chemistry, ACS Omega, Construction and Building Materials, Journal of Materials Science and Technology, and Journal of Colloid and Interface Science, and has guided students to win multiple awards in competitions.
