    个人简介

    鲁章波,河南信阳人,博士,硕士生导师,讲师,2018年7月毕业于河南大学特种功能材料重点实验室,获理学硕士学位(导师:杜祖亮教授、程轲 教授)。2021年12月毕业于南京大学,获工学博士学位(导师:徐骏教授),2022年9月进入浙江师范大学物理与电子信息工程学院任教。

    主要研究方向为半导体光电材料与器件(包括但不限于硅异质结太阳能电池、钙钛矿太阳能电池、钙钛矿/晶硅叠层太阳能电池和银铋硫量子点太阳能电池)的设计、制备及应用迄今为止Solar RRLNanoscaleACS Applied Energy Materials, Organic Electronics等国际知名期刊发表论文20余篇。

    每年计划招收1-2名硕士研究生,欢迎对材料物理化学尤其是光电材料与器件方向感兴趣的研究生加入课题组攻读学位。招生专业:1. 物理学;2. 材料与化工。
