Dr. Xinhuan Zhang, assistant professor and master's advisor, has worked at the Institute of Road and Transportation, College of Engineering, Zhejiang Normal University, since May 2012. She focuses on evaluating and predicting intelligent public transportation systems, travel time prediction, and connected automated vehicle highway systems. She often participates in national projects with the Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation and businesses. As a senior professional, she is frequently sought out to consult on and evaluate government transportation projects. She has taught such undergraduate and postgraduate courses as traffic planning, traffic engineering (taught in English), traffic engineering, Traffic management and control (taught in English), Big Data and Data Mining (taught in English), traffic planning course design (taught in English), traffic project feasibility analysis and project management.
