浙江金华人、浙江师范大学地理与环境学科学院院长、杰出教授、博导、环境科学与工程一级学科博士点负责人,“一带一路”联合实验室(国家重点实验室序列)副主任,全省流域环境数智监测与修复重点实验室副主任,省膜学会常务理事,省环境科学学会理事,省循环经济学会常务理事等,“膜法水处理”创新团队负责人,省“院士结对培养青年英才计划”入选者,“WR计划”科技创新领军人才,省“151”人才,省“中青年学科带头人”等,浙江师范大学校学位委员会委员,学术委员会委员等;入选科睿唯安全球高被引科学家(2020-2023年度)、爱思唯尔中国高被引学者(2020-2024年度)、全球前0.05%顶尖科学家榜单等。
长期从事膜法水处理技术和环境催化技术等领域研究,在Chemical Society Reviews(IF2021=60.6)、Water Research(22篇)、Science Bulletin、Nature Communications、Angewandte Chemie International Edition、Nano Energy、Environmental Science & Technology、Coordination Chemistry Reviews、Advanced Functional Materials、Journal of Membrane Science(49篇)等知名SCI期刊发表第一/通讯作者论文200多篇,论文总引用30000余次,H因子为97(GS);获得国家发明专利30余项;主编专著1部、参编专著2部;主编教材2部、参编教材1部;作为指导老师指导学生获“互联网+”创新创业大赛国赛金奖项目2项。以第一完成人获国家教育部自然科学奖二等奖1项、第一完成人获浙江省科学技术奖(自然科学奖)3项,第二完成人获浙江省科学技术奖(自然科学奖)2项。担任《膜科学与技术》、《水处理技术》、《环境污染与防治》期刊编委;担任Environmental Science and Ecotechnology (IF2024=14.3)、Chinese Journal of Structural Chemistry (IF2024=10.3)、Chinese Chemical Letters (IF2024=9.4)、Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering (IF2024=6.4)、Membranes (IF2024 = 3.6)等SCI期刊编委。同时担任国家、省、部重要评审和60多个主流SCI期刊审稿人等学术兼职。

师从高从堦院士等。研究领域涉及环境、化学和生物学方面,具有一定的跨学科背景。近年来主要致力于新型膜分离过程、创新水污染控制技术,以及现代环境微生物技术的研究和开发。主要研究兴趣为分离膜制备及水处理相关机理、环境污染物控制、光/电催化、智慧监测、流域水文水质、遥感监测、消毒副产物、高级氧化、厌氧氨氧化、藻菌体系、人工神经网络等。
Ø 系统性理论思想创新:建立了膜污染界面热力学学术理论,成为膜污染基础理论。
Ø 系统性方法技术创新:建立了表面金属化、喷墨打印、仿生等膜制备和改性方法。
Ø 系统性材料体系创新:制备多种新型材料并用于膜制备,制备了系列新型催化剂。
Ø 解决系列工程技术难题:开展了多种水处理技术工程应用,解决工程应用技术难题。
