Hanxiang Liu, Doctor of Philosophy. In 2019, he received a Ph.D. in Science from the Northeast Institute of Geography and Agroecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. From October 2019 to August 2022, he has been working in the postdoctoral research station of the Institute of Tibetan Plateau Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, mainly engaged in wetland paleoecology and carbon accumulation research. He focus on defining the starting time of the Anthropocene from the Tibetan plateau based on wetland sediment records, and finding the response of wetland ecosystem to human disturbances by considering ecosystem resilience and adaptive cycle. He has presided over 1 Special Research Assistant Funded Project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, 1 Postdoctoral Science Fund General Project, and 1 National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Fund. He has published 19 papers, including 14 SCI papers and 7 first author papers.
